What is required to rent a limousine?

To rent a limousine, you need to have complete details of your trip, including the number of passengers, itinerary, number of hours needed, and the exact date and time of the service.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes, you can modify your reservation. Once you reserve your trip, you will receive a confirmation number via email in the form of a contract. If you need to update any details, please call us with your confirmation number, and we will assist you with the changes. If you need to cancel your trip, you can do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If a deposit was charged, it will be refundable within this 24-hour period. After 24 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable. However, you can still cancel or reschedule your trip.

What happens if the driver arrives late to the pickup location?

If the driver arrives late to the pickup location, we will accommodate you by extending the service time to ensure you receive the full number of hours you reserved. However, our drivers are usually dispatched to arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any inconvenience for the customer.

What complimentary items are provided in the limousine?

In the limousine, you will receive complimentary water bottles, ice, and champagne flutes. The limousine is equipped with a music system where you can enjoy your preferred music via Bluetooth or AUX cable by connecting your phone.
